Who is AAA Phone On Hold?

Since 1984, AAA Phone on Hold remains a family owned and operated company.

In March 2002, AAA Phone On Hold began recording voice-overs in a recording studio owned by Bruce Livolsi.

In 2006, Bruce’s wife, Dolena was asked to run the office and Bruce took over all of the audio production.

It was a good fit for the couple, and later that year they began negotiations to buy AAA Phone On Hold from it’s original owner.

Since taking full ownership in 2007, Bruce and Dolena Livolsi have been providing creatively crafted on hold messaging services to businesses across the United States.
